It is well-known how important is food for our bodies, but it is also well-known that we cannot eat some kind of food all the times we want to.

Here is a picture of the pyramid of food, so you could see which food and how many servings of each one we can eat every day.

If we respect the comsumption of the food of each group we will surely will have a healthier life and will be happier!

  2. This is the Mediterranean pyramid of ahealthy diet,if I am right!We all know what we should or shouldn't eat but we don't always follow that way of healthy eating.I will certainly discuss it with my pupils tomorrow.Thanks Eva!

  3. Children in our country eat more cereals for breakfast.
    Most cereals are bolstered with extra vitamins and minerals for a well-balanced meal. It´s very suitable breakfast for them.
