This is the Mediterranean pyramid of ahealthy diet,if I am right!We all know what we should or shouldn't eat but we don't always follow that way of healthy eating.I will certainly discuss it with my pupils tomorrow.Thanks Eva!
Children in our country eat more cereals for breakfast. Most cereals are bolstered with extra vitamins and minerals for a well-balanced meal. It´s very suitable breakfast for them.
