HOW MUCH WATER DO YOU DRINK EVERY DAY?

Mostly of our bodies (about 70%) is composed by water. Water is more important than food to survive; we can live without solid food for weeks, but not without water, so we need to replenish it continuosly.

Water is so important because it carries nutrients to our cells, helps our digestive system to do digestion, eliminates our waste, keeps our kidneys healthy and provides a continuous hidratation to our skin, eyes, mouth, nose, lubricates our joins, moderates our bodies' temperature and our metabolism.

When enough water is consumed can delay aging and improve diseases such as diabetes, hypoglycemia, arthritis, skin dryness and obesity. The kidneys are the organs that help the body eliminate waste, and need enough water to do its job of "waste scavengers".

Drinking water should be a habit. Therefore it is recommended:

* Drinking a glass on rising.
* You have to get used to carry a small bottle in your purse, in the car, in the gym bag. In every moment that you begin to feel dry, take liquids.
* Avoid drinks with caffeine or alcohol, as they have a dehydrating effect and in no case supersede or complement water intake.
* Drink at least eight glasses of water every day.

Why do we have to drink water?

Because water is lost through any daily activity. We lose water when exercising, because of the heat. This is lost through sweat, urine and breathing. Whenever you lose urine about one cup of water.

Mild dehydration slows down the metabolic processes of the body and is harmful to the kidneys. Its symptoms include dry mouth, fatigue, lethargy, muscle weakness, headache, dizziness, etc.

So, if you want to feel healthy and happy, please, DRINK WATER EVERY DAY!
