DO YOU LIKE SWEETS?





If your answer is affirmative, you should read this text and learn some interesting facts about them.



Sweets are on the top of the nutritional pyramid, and they should be had only in very punctual moments.
                 






* They are made mostly of sugar, so they give us a lot of energy, but any nutrients at all. For that reason, they made us to get fatter but not to grow up.















* When we have sweets, we don't receive essential nutrients, proteins, vitamins or minerals at all.






* Sweets contain additives to increase their attractive appearance (colour, flavour...). But most of the times these additives have a doubtful  origin.

















* They decrease appetite, so they should not be eaten before or between meals.






* They have a high risk of causing decay, due to the high level of sugar they are made with. So we should remember to brush our teeth after having sweets.

















So, it would be a good idea to limit our consumption of sweets, avoiding them at home, not spending our money on them and not accepting them from other people ( even more if it is from an unknown person!)


Let's try to avoid sweets, and we will surely live healthier and happier!!

  1. Sweet we like but are not as good as the fruit.Because candies are sugar and are not healthy but on the contrary fruits are very healthy.I recommend better fruits ;-D
